Fitting Into Your Gown
Imagine how horrible it would be if you forgot to breathe in your wedding dress! Many brides-to-be are simply scared by the thought that, a week before their wedding day, they would suddenly gain some extra pounds and realise that their wedding gown fits no more. The sounds of ripping seams and popping buttons are simply not sounds that are welcome on your wedding day. These sounds may be fun in comedy films, but they are simply not laughable in real life.
To avoid this dilemma, many brides-to-be go on a diet, sometimes skipping meals or eating less. However, with all the busy preparations that you have to make, you need to take in food regularly. Eating right will prevent you from suffering hyper-acidity, which can be produced by a combination of stress and an empty stomach. So, instead of skipping meals or avoiding complete meals, you must simply resolve to eat healthy. Feed yourself vegetables and fruits. Not only are these non-fattening, they will also give your skin a healthy glow. Allow yourself to eat meat and the occasional dessert, but in moderation. Avoid soda, which is both acidic and fattening. Resist the urge to over indulge in sweets and junk, which can serve as "comfort food" for stressed people. Instead, when you feel tired or tense, take a walk. Jog daily so you can keep fit, or have a regular fitness regimen at the gym. With these healthy habits, you will be able to walk down the aisle in top shape and in great health. Most of all, your wedding gown will fit just perfectly.
